Millions of Americans have purchased health insurance through HealthCare.gov, and the uninsured rate has dropped to a historic low. At this event, Vivian Ho, director of the Center for Health and Biosciences, will analyze research from across the country to examine where Obamacare is leading us. She will discuss changes in insurance coverage and health care expenditures since the passage of the Affordable Care Act, the Supreme Court case on the legality of insurance subsidies under HealthCare.gov, the effect of Obamacare on Medicare, and the future of employer-provided health insurance.

Lunch will be provided. The cost of attendance for the general public is $50. Health Policy Forum and Roundtable members receive complimentary admission; please contact bipprsvp@rice.edu for the promotional code.

The registration deadline is Friday, June 5. Full refunds are available before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10. After this date, you may send an alternate to attend the event without an additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a registration change, send an email to bipprsvp@rice.edu.
