Webinar — Mexico Country Outlook 2022

Webinar — Mexico Country Outlook 2022

At the third annual Mexico Country Outlook, a team of experts will examine the major challenges facing Mexico and anticipate what companies can expect in 2022. The outlook will focus on Mexico’s politics, economic prospects, new regulatory environment, and public safety and security landscape, as well as the state of relations between the U.S. and Mexico. By the end of the conference, we aim for companies and investors doing business, or wishing to do business, in Mexico to be well positioned to handle the challenges and opportunities ahead.

His Excellency Arturo Herrera Gutiérrez, former secretary of finance and public credit for the Andrés Manuel López Obrador administration, will provide keynote remarks. Following his address, two expert panels composed of Center for the United States and Mexico fellows and nonresident experts will provide insight and additional information, focusing first on politics, trade and energy and then on border issues such as health, immigration, security and water.

This event is sponsored by the Baker Institute Center for the United States and Mexico. Follow @BakerCtrUSMEX on Twitter, and join the conversation with #BakerMexico.
