On Nov. 16, the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies hosts a panel of experts that will address approaches to dealing with the challenges of climate change. The discussion will include issues such as implementing a carbon tax, ecosystem service valuation, direct regulation and technological innovation. This event will also serve as the final leg of republicEn.org’s EnCourage Tour 2017, which has been raising awareness of principles for climate leadership nationwide. The tour has focused on stimulating conversations across the United States to explore opportunities for unlocking the power of free enterprise in order to accelerate energy innovation and rise to the challenges of climate change.
