Philip Boss is the financial and administrative operations specialist at the Baker Institute. He oversees human resource processes for student interns and assists with special projects and data management. Prior to joining the Baker Institute, Philip worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Portland, Oregon as a litigation support specialist.

Boss graduated cum laude with this Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Portland State University in 2019.
