Laura Gould is a communications specialist for the Center for Energy Studies at the Baker Institute. She oversees communications plans for energy-focused publications and develops communications strategies for projects and initiatives. Previously, Gould was a researcher conducting due diligence investigations at Control Risks.

Gould graduated summa cum laude with a Master of International Affairs from The Bush School of Government and Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and English from Texas A&M University.
