Webinar

At this member-exclusive webinar, officers from the Baker Institute Student Forum (BISF) provided a general overview and recent history of the club, founded in 2002 to serve as the connection between the Baker Institute for Public Policy and Rice students. The students also discussed the group’s annual slate of educational, policy-focused campus events, the Rice Journal of Public Policy and the BISF’s public policy competition — a yearly event where undergraduate students present solutions for significant policy problems while interacting with experts and representatives from the corporate, medical, academic, nonprofit and government spheres.

Roundtable Dialogues are informal, member-exclusive discussions with Baker Institute experts on current events, politics and policy. These thought-provoking conversations provide insights into issues that affect policy at local, national and global levels.

To attend future Roundtable Dialogues and other member-exclusive events, please join one of our premier membership forums today.
