Percy Xie is a graduate fellow and currently pursuing his Ph.D in Economics at Rice University with a concentration in Energy. Xie has a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Emory University, a M.S. in the field of Data Science from the University of Chicago, and Master of Energy Economics from Rice University. Xie's current interest is in exploring global energy.
