Biography

Orlando Di Leo is a graduate fellow at the Center for Energy Studies at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in economics at Rice University and holds a B.A. and M.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Di Leo’s main research interests involve studying energy transitions and the role of carbon pricing policy in markets for electricity.
