Biography
Mette Taber serves as a Research Associate for the Center for Energy Studies at the Baker Institute. Her work encompasses a broad range of energy-related topics, including electricity markets, renewable energy, transportation, and the global energy transition. Focusing on regulation, policy analysis, and non-partisan, data-driven research, she leverages her background to contribute to the center's work in the energy sector.
Mette holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Yale University and an M.A. in Global Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Finance from the University of Houston.
