What are the critical steps needed to transform a great idea into a sustainable business? Entrepreneurs face a multitude of external factors in developing and executing a business plan around an idea. Individuals who understand their own strengths and weaknesses instead of solely relying on their idea to propel a venture forward are more likely to make stronger business decisions, build better teams and stay focused on a successful path. Additionally, they are less likely to miss critical opportunities or create unnecessary obstacles that sabotage their potential success.
The Roundtable Young Professionals hosted a panel of entrepreneurs and business professionals who shared insights from their own challenges and successes and explored how self-awareness and reflection serve as a starting point for successful entrepreneurship.
