2020 Election Series — The 2020 Presidential Election in Texas and Beyond

The 2020 election is destined to be Texas’ most competitive presidential race in more than 20 years. At this webinar, Abby Livingston and Patrick Svitek of The Texas Tribune analyzed the current standings of Donald Trump and Joe Biden in Texas and explored the broader impact of the presidential election on down-ballot races and voter turnout. They also situated the Texas contest within the context of the national presidential race. Evan Smith, the CEO and co-founder of The Texas Tribune, moderated the discussion.
