Richard Vaughan
Richard Vaughan is the founder and CEO of Alloy Capital, a cross-border private credit and investment company with a significant focus on Mexico and the United States. He brings more than thirty years of private credit and equity experience in the U.S. and emerging markets, including over twenty years in Mexico. Prior to founding Alloy in 2015, he founded and served as President of Pinto America Growth Fund, LP, an investment company focused on the U.S. Hispanic market. Before that, he was a Managing Principal at Zephyr Management, L.P., leading private investments in Asia and Latin America, and worked for Bankers Trust Company in New York. He has served on the boards of numerous companies operating in the U.S., Mexico, and other emerging markets. Vaughan holds an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University.

Pablo González Guajardo
Pablo González Guajardo has served as Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark de México since 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University. He is a founding member of Mexicanos Primero and has served as President of the Education Commission of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), founding partner of México ¿Cómo Vamos?, and President of the Council of UNETE: organizations dedicated to improving educational quality and economic outcomes in Mexico. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and on the International Advisory Council of The Brookings Institution.

Roger González Lau
Roger González Lau is Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Protexa, a Mexican conglomerate spanning oil, real estate, industrial, and services sectors. He has served as Co-Chair and President of the Energy Commission of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), the Mexican Chamber of Commerce, and as Co-Chairman of the U.S.-Mexico Energy Business Council. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at CEMEX, including Global Vice President of Energy and CEO of CEMEX Energía México. He also serves as a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and as an independent board member for several private and public institutions. González Lau holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Dallas and executive credentials from Harvard Law School, Harvard University, Oxford's Saïd Business School, and SMU's Cox School of Business.

Luis de la Calle
Luis de la Calle is CEO and founding partner of De la Calle, Madrazo, Mancera (CMM), where he advises clients on economics, regulatory processes, and international trade. Prior to his work in the private sector, he served as Undersecretary for International Trade Negotiations at the Mexican Ministry of the Economy under both President Vicente Fox and President Ernesto Zedillo, leading Mexico's negotiations for bilateral free trade agreements and at the World Trade Organization. Before that appointment, he served as Minister for Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C., playing a central role in the design, promotion, and implementation of NAFTA. He also worked at the World Bank as a country economist for the Czech and Slovak Republics, Poland, and the former Zaire. He is a member of the Mexican Council on International Affairs and the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness, and serves on the Board of Directors of Aeroméxico. De la Calle holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Virginia and writes a regular column in El Universal.
