As part of the Science Summit during the 78th United Nations General Assembly, the European Brain Council collaborated with the Baker Institute for Public Policy, the Brain Capital Alliance and more to host a Brain Health & Research Day. This event brought together key organizations who share the same objective of enhancing global collaboration in the field of brain health.
The Baker co-organized UNGA 78 aims to accelerate progress towards the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs to promote global unity and rebuild trust. However, progress has been insufficient and even backtracked in some cases.
Stanford Frontier Technology Lab and Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy co-hosted a lunch salon to discuss funding for the intersection of neuroscience, psychiatry, AI, and other emerging technologies to advance brain health.
