Oil Glut Still Eclipses Demand As oil prices begin to recover, "the fundamentals are clearly getting better but we are not out of the woods yet," said energy fellow Mark Finley. "As long as the market remains in surplus, even if the surplus is smaller, inventories still keep growing. And that is the source of risk."
