John Coudsi is a graduate fellow at the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Economics at Rice University. His research examines the economics of the energy transition in electricity markets, with a focus on power plant retirement decisions, investment behavior, and market design in ERCOT.
