As firearm injuries continue to claim lives, especially among our children and teenagers, it is crucial to convene experts, legislators, and advocacy groups to explore effective strategies for reducing these tragic incidents. Join us for our third annual conference on firearm injury prevention, an essential gathering to address the urgent public health issue of firearm injuries in the United States.

This conference brings together a diverse range of stakeholders to discuss themes — such as secure storage, community violence prevention, advocacy, education, and community interventions — aimed at addressing the multifaceted challenge of firearm injuries. Our goal is to generate actionable recommendations and initiatives to curb this epidemic. Join us as we work toward a safer, healthier future for all.

This nonpartisan event is sponsored by the Baker Institute Center for Health and Biosciences and aims to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration. We encourage attendees to wear orange to acknowledge National Gun Violence Awareness Day, held the first Friday each June.
