Baker Institute Update: Spring break in Qatar; crisis in Syria

Twelve Rice University undergraduates will attend a student conference in Qatar, an initiative of the institute's Public Diplomacy & Global Policymaking in the 21st Century program. Founding director Ambassador Edward P. Djerejian provides commentary and analysis on the turmoil in Syria to the news media.
