Debra Pyle is a graduate fellow at the Baker Institute Energy Forum and a Ph.D. student in Rice University's economics department. Pyle's expertise is in business management of high-technology and aerospace development projects, with nearly 20 years of experience in this field. Pyle received her M.B.A. from Rice University (1994) and her B.S. in economics from the University of California, Riverside (1987). |
