Shell Distinguished Lecture Series - Vladimir Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin in a public speech at Rice University during his four-day summit with U.S. President George W. Bush. President Putin addressed Russian economic reforms and opportunities for economic cooperation between Russia and the United States. In the question-and-answer session that followed, Putin discussed the future of Afghanistan and Russia''s relationship with NATO, his arms control discussion with Bush, and Russian land reform.
