Since 1947 India and Pakistan have fought two of their three wars over Kashmir. In recent weeks, the Kashmiris have witnessed the mobilization of these two nations'' military forces on the shared border of this disputed region. Invited experts discuss the implications of such tensions between these two nuclear-armed countries towards the U.S. war on terrorism and the efforts to restore normalcy to Kashmir.
