Mark Jones, fellow in political science, explains why Gov. Rick Perry has some cause for worry about the grand jury investigating claims of abuse of power: The grand jury is composed of residents of Travis County, the most liberal county in Texas. "As a result, the odds of a Travis County grand jury indicting the governor are greater than if the grand jury had been impaneled in a more centrist county," Jones writes.
