Rich Countries Cannot Outsource Migration Dilemmas.

Liberal democratic countries are increasingly outsourcing the problem of uncontrolled migration, but this strategy is not viable in the long run, writes Women's Rights, Human Rights and Refugees Program director Kelsey Norman. In this article in Foreign Affairs, Norman contends that the only way wealthy states can solve the problem is by making regular avenues of migration more accessible.
