Medical Freedom, Privacy, and Fear of Discrimination: The 2017 Texas Legislative Session Anti-vaccine Arguments.

In 2017, the Texas House of Representatives held public hearings on two bills related to mandatory vaccinations for school-age children. For this brief, the authors reviewed hearing transcripts to identify and analyze the witnesses' key arguments against vaccinations.

A second brief by the authors dispels five common misconceptions about vaccines that were raised during the hearings.
