Informed Voters Can Affect Primaries
This year, important down-ballot contests could be decided by fewer voters than usual. Political science fellow Mark P. Jones encourages Texans to participate in primary elections and provides resources to inform voters before they cast their ballots. Early primary voting in Texas starts on Feb. 16, 2016.
