Health economist Vivian Ho examines why health insurance is increasingly unaffordable for middle-class workers. The real culprit is not Obamacare or corporate greed, Ho says. It is extraordinarily expensive health care, which is linked to wasteful health care practices such as overtreatment and poor care coordination. "Why do we passively accept the waste caused by health care providers?" asks Ho. "Let's stop behaving like sheep and demand that health care providers stop behaving like wolves."
