Adán Augusto López Hernández - Juntos Haremos HistoriaAdán Augusto López Hernández is the governor-elect of Tabasco. He ran under the Juntos Haremos Historia coalition. He is a lawyer by profession and currently serves as a senator in the Mexican legislature.

Por México al Frente
Gerardo Gaudiano RovirosaGerardo Gaudiano Rovirosa is confirmed as the candidate for the Por México al Frente coalition. He is currently a deputy federal representing Tabasco in the LXII Legislature.

PRI
Georgina TrujilloGeorgina Trujillo is the PRI candidate for governor of Tabasco. She was a senator from 2000 to 2006 and served as a deputy federal twice, from 2009 to 2012 and from 2015 to 2017. She also served as municipal president of Centro from 1997 to 2000. She attended the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco.

Independent
Jesús Ali de la TorreJesús Ali de la Torre is running as an independent candidate. He ran as a candidate for governor of Tabasco with PRI in 2012 before renouncing the party in 2016. He served as a deputy representing Tabasco in the LVIII Legislature from 2000 to 2003.

PVEM
Óscar CantonÓscar Canton is the official PVEM gubernatorial candidate for Tabasco. He was previously senator for Tabasco and was a member of the PRI until 2006. In 2006, he was elected as a multi-member deputy to the Congress of Tabasco by the PRD. He has a degree in communication sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a law degree from the Del Valle del Grijalva University.

PANAL
Manuel Paz OjedaManuel Paz Ojeda is the official New Alliance party gubernatorial candidate for Tabasco. He was the general director of industry, commerce, and promotion of investments in Tabasco and the general director of the Office of the Comptroller General and Administrative Development (SECODAM)at the federal level. He holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, a master’s degree in Latin American politics and government and a Ph.D. in government from the University of Essex.
