OPEC says the kingdom's July output rose to nearly 11 million barrels as it focused on market share over prices, The Wall Street Journal Reports.
“It almost seems like the stars are aligning for some sort of Iranian-Saudi cooperation,” said Jim Krane, the Wallace S. Wilson Fellow for Energy Studies. “Their interests are converging.”
