In an interview with Bloomberg News, Baker Institute director Ambassador Edward Djerejian discusses an informal meeting of OPEC ministers this week in Algiers. A freeze in production won't make an impact at current high levels of production, the ambassador said. "The real difference will be if OPEC members decide to cut production. That's what we should be looking for in the months ahead after November."
