Shih Yu (Elsie) Hung is a research manager at the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies. She completed her master’s and bachelor’s degrees concurrently. She graduated in May 2015 with an M.Sc. in energy management from Tulane University and a B.A. in business administration from National Taiwan University. Her graduate studies focused on the energy industry, with concentrations in areas such as investment banking, environmental economics, the power industry and econometrics.
