Biography

Brian C. Bennett is a contributing expert for the Baker Institute Drug Policy Program. He is also a business analyst for the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Previously, he worked as a senior technologist in the Advanced Intelligence Projects Office at the National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, and as the chief of technical applications development at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center in Dayton, Ohio. From 1982 to 1986, he was an intelligence research specialist for the U.S. Air Force. His research on drug-related issues has been featured in periodicals such as the Journal of Social Sciences Research and the American Journal of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and published in the Stanford University Press. He holds a B.A. in social psychology from Park University and an M.S. in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
