Theresa Hoesl is a research associate for the Center for Energy Studies. She graduated in May 2020 with an M.A. in global affairs from Rice University. Her graduate studies focused on the energy transition and comparative policies, with concentrations in areas such as economic analysis, environmental and social governance, the energy industry and statistical relationships.
