Biography
Luke (Leelook) Min is a graduate fellow at the Baker Institute’s Center for Energy Studies and is currently completing his Ph.D. in economics at Rice University. His main research interests are liquefied natural gas (LNG) and electricity markets in South Korea, energy security and natural gas supply in Europe following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and the Texas electricity market. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul.
