Biography
Jennifer Rabb is the director and fellow of the McNair Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth. She previously served as a tax policy advisor in the Office of the Lt. Governor of Texas, focusing on tax reduction and economic growth. She was also the committee clerk for the Texas House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means. Prior to her work in state government, Rabb, a tax attorney, represented entrepreneurs and businesses in formation, transaction and compliance matters.
Rabb holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Southern Methodist University's School of Law.
