Biography
Daniel Moralí is a research associate in bioscience policy for the Center for Health and Biosciences. He is also the program manager for the Civic Scientist School Outreach Initiative.
Before joining the Baker Institute, Moralí worked at the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment in northern Colorado, collaborating with government staff, members of underserved communities, and nonprofit partners to close gaps in public participation processes related to public health policies.
Moralí's areas of interest include equity issues regarding public participation in policymaking, access to scientific and technical knowledge and innovation, and women’s health. He holds a medical degree and a master’s degree in bioethics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a master’s degree in health policy ethics from Harvard University.
