Former Gov. Jeb Bush speaks on "America"s Promise" and addresses U.S.-Latin American trade issues in the inaugural lecture of the Robert A. Mosbacher Global Issues Series, established in the name of former the former secretary of commerce to honor his contributions to politics and public service.
