The Future of Constitutional Government in the Middle East

Dr. Noah Feldman, professor of law at New York University Law School, discussed the recent Iraqi constitutional elections, the future of the constitutional process in Iraq and the region, and the implications for constitutional government in the Middle East. Dr. Feldman specializes in constitutional studies, with particular emphasis on the relationship between law and religion, constitutional design, and the intellectual history of legal theory.
