Shawn O’Neill is the digital communications manager at the Baker Institute. He serves as primary contact for the institute’s website and leads the digital team, which is responsible for the institute’s digital platforms and visual content including email outreach, social media presence, and branded assets.

O’Neill previously led all design and brand work for the institute as senior graphic designer. Since joining the institute in 2008, he has been instrumental in creating and distributing its policy content including research publications, email invites, and newsletters. 

O’Neill holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and has been working in design and creative services for nearly 20 years.
