Diana Cahill
Diana Cahill, a senior from Dayton, Ohio, majoring in bioscience and global health, is interested in research on global health policy. Diana was an intern studying global health policy issues at the United States Department of State Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs in summer 2010. She presented the results of her research, “Intersections of National Global Health Policies,” at the Baker Institute in August 2010. Diana was recommended for participation in the program by economics professor Malcolm Gillis, and is from Baker College. She also has served as executive vice president and external vice president at Baker College. In spring 2010, she was an organizer and participant in the Nicaragua International Service Project, and in summer 2010 was also a medical participant in Operation Crossroads Africa in Gambia. |
