Vince McElligott

Vince McElligott is the senior director of development at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy. His experience in fundraising for a university most recently includes the role of assistant vice president of development at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), managing a team of development officers and the office of gift planning services. McElligott also served as senior director of development at UTMB and Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo., as well as for the National 4-H Council in Chevy Chase, Md.
