Policy Assistant to the Founding Director
Ben Stevenson is the policy assistant to founding director Edward P. Djerejian at Rice University’s Baker Institute. Prior to joining the institute, Stevenson worked as a research analyst at an international opinion polling firm in Washington, D.C. He has also interned in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the State Department, as well as with a D.C.-area defense and development contractor. Stevenson graduated cum laude from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science, and from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with a Master of Arts in Arab studies. |
