Physicist Amory Lovins spoke about the themes of his latest publication, "Winning the Oil Endgame: Innovation for Profits, Jobs, and Security." He proposed a new strategy for ending oil dependence starting with the United States but applicable worldwide, on the basis of a solution that would be led by business for profit and markets and not dictated by government intervention. Lovins is the co-founder and CEO of Rocky Mountain Institute and chairman of Hypercar, Inc.
