Conference speakers include William Burns, U.S. ambassador to the Russian Federation; Edward P. Djerejian, founding director of the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy; and Jessica Matthews, president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Other conference attendees include senior Russian industry figures, government officials, international energy specialists and U.S. petroleum industry representatives.
