Shell Distinguished Lecture Series - A Lecture by The Emir of Qatar

His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani spoke on the key points and policy positions-especially on issues of peace and reform that, he feels, set Qatar apart from the rest of the Arab world. He also addressed the importance of the Arab-Israeli conflict as a major obstacle against the development of that part of the world and the need to seek help from those who have better practice and experience.
