The James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy discusses findings from its new energy study, "Russia and the Caspian States in the Global Energy Balance," in Washington, D.C., at a special luncheon event at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
The Baker Institute study investigates the major geopolitical and financial risks facing the global energy market today and its impact on the Russian and Caspian energy sectors. Topics include Russia’s evolving energy relations with its Caspian neighbors, with members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and with the United States and the European Union.
