British Foreign Policy and the Post September 11 Situation

The British Ambassador to the United States, Sir Christopher Meyer, briefly presents an overview of British diplomacy and foreign policy to Rice University Students in the second presentation as part of the Baker Institute Student Forum (9 minutes). Following his presentation, His Excellency engages in a question-and-answer dialogue with the students regarding the post September 11 situation between the U.S., Britain, and Iraq (54 minutes).
