The Baker Institute Student Forum (BISF) hosted a discussion involving three panelists:
John Choon Yoo: professor of law at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Yoo has served as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel of the U.S. Department of Justice and as general counsel of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
Donald M. Goldstein: professor of public and international affairs at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Goldstein is also the associate director of the Matthew Ridgway Center for International Studies.
Jordan J. Paust: the Mike and Teresa Baker Law Center Professor at the Law Center of the University of Houston. He has served on several committees on international law, human rights, law of war, terrorism and the use of force.
